I submitted several photographs for an exhibit at the Harvey Milk Photo Center here in San Francisco called In The Moment, and the image below will be displayed in the show at the Photo Center at 50 Scott St. from July 12 – September 6, 2013. Excited to have some work up!

The image was shot in Golden Gate Park for for my Passage series in the Visual Storytelling Through Landscape class at the Photo Center I took last February, but didn’t make the edit for the final sequence.

It is good to slow down a little and focus on one image or a short sequence. I have shot many photos this past year, but haven’t given much thought or effort to their presentation, other than my Flickr sets. It’s also been fun making an actual print, which I haven’t done in years. Looking forward to printing some more again soon.
